The test is somewhat similar to the personality tests used in recruitment processes. It is not an exact reflection of reality, but it’s a strong indication and a good foundation for discussing the way forward. The test takes approximately 30 minutes.

Keep this in mind when doing the test
Be truthful. If you try to manipulate the test to get a high DMI, you are doing yourself a disservice, as you will receive recommendations that are of no use to you.
In large organizations it is appropriate to measure departments/business units separately, as digital maturity often differs
If you don’t know the answer to a specific question, or if it seems irrelevant for your business, simply leave it with no response. This will exclude the question from the results.
