The personal data that is gathered and processed by the service is used exclusively for the Digitaltransformation.net service.

This privacy policy applies when you use apps, web pages, and services that are included in an app or on a website under the Digitaltransformation.net brand and administered by DigJourney. By using the service you agree that the personal information, such as your name, phone number and email address, you fill in different sites on this site may be used for the purpose of operating, developing and optimizing the service and user experience. How and when we discard information about our users

– We usually store personal data for up to 36 months after the last activity a user had on the service

The handling is done in accordance with current legislation and means that personal data are not retained for a longer period than necessary for the purpose of the handling. DigJourney will store your personal information as long as you are an active user. We will save your personal information for up to 36 months after your last activity on the service. Some information may be retained longer when required due to other legal requirements, such as the accounting law. However, all handling of personal data always ensures high security and confidentiality.

What rights and choices you have

You have rights regarding your personal information and you are able to influence your information and what is saved. The company will, on its own or the customer’s initiative, rectify data that is found to be incorrect. You can also at any time request that your data is deleted or that its use is limited by contacting us (for contact routes see the heading How to contact us). After this deletion your user data including personal information will be anonymized without the possibility of linking it to you as a person anymore. The information will only be used aggregated and anonymous for statistics and analysis. If you believe that your rights are not respected by us, please contact DigJourney or you can consult the The Swedish Data Protection Authority (datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se).

You may, at any time, refrain from receiving marketing communications from us by contacting our customer service.
