To know where they are heading, an organization must know their current position. The maturity test will give you a quick indication of the maturity level of your organization. The test is somewhat similar to the personality tests used in recruitment processes. It is not an exact reflection of reality, but it’s a strong indication and a good foundation for discussing the way forward. The test takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
What is the outcome of the test
The organization’s overall digital maturity expressed in DMI (Digital Maturity Index) from 0 to 100%
A breakdown of the organization’s DMI into nine different digital motors (areas)
Continuous tips on case studies to read, exercises to do, videos to watch, etc.
Recommendations on areas to review with the aim of improving digital competitiveness within the organization.
Keep this in mind when doing the test
Be truthful. If you try to manipulate the test to get a high DMI, you are doing yourself a disservice, as you will receive recommendations that are of no use to you.
In large organizations it is appropriate to measure departments/business units separately, as digital maturity often differs
If you don’t know the answer to a specific question, or if it seems irrelevant for your business, simply leave it with no response. This will exclude the question from the results.
