About the service

The independent service www.digitaltransformation.net (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) is owned by Jayrock Holding AB, and is marketed, distributed and administered by DJourney AB (hereinafter “DigJourney”). Read about www.digjourney.com. The purpose of the service is to help and support businesses/organizations and leaders in digital transformation. The personal data that is gathered and processed by the service is used exclusively for the Digitaltransformation.net service.

This document describes the information we collect, the purpose for which they are collected, how you can control your own information and how to contact us. This privacy policy applies when you use apps, web pages, and services that are included in an app or on a website under the Digitaltransformation.net brand and administered by DigJourney. DigJourney is the data controller in accordance with these terms and is responsible for processing according to current legislation.

What personal data we gather

DigJourney gather the data primarily directly from you as a user. Examples of personal data we gather are your:

On what legal basis we gather the data

By using the service you agree that the personal information, such as your name, phone number and email address, you fill in different sites on this site may be used for the purpose of operating, developing and optimizing the service and user experience. In addition, also for marketing for the service and other offers that Digjourney holds.

We also collect your IP address, geographic position and interests in order to optimize the service and user experience and better adapt our marketing to you.

When using the service, you also agree that we may add a so-called third-party cookie to your computer. This cookie will follow you and your browsing behavior in order to improve your user experience and the content of the service based on your behavior.

How we use gathered information

DigJourney processes personal information mainly for the purposes listed below and for any additional purposes specified at the time of gathering:

11. To help us develop our site and app to be more useful and to enhance your user experience of the platforms offered through DigJourney by customizing the display of the services to the device being used;

How we share information we collect

We can share information with other companies that process data on our behalf in order to perform our services, for example. operation, web development, analysis or other services to maintain and apply our terms of use and delivery terms. However, all handling of personal data always ensures high security and confidentiality.

DigJourney only collaborates with partners handling personal data within the EU / EEA or with companies that maintain the same level of protection as within the EU / EEA by, for example, have joined the so-called Privacy Shield Agreement between the EU and the United States.

How we use cookies

When you use our site and app, personal data may be collected via e.g. cookies. This is only done through a separate consent. How and where we store and protect information we gather

By submitting data to the service, you provide your permission for DigJourney to register and store information about which service you ordered and processing the specified personal data for the specified purposes. As a legal basis for processing, DigJourney will refer to compliance with any agreement, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent. When DigJourney uses legitimate interest as a basis, it will only be done for the purposes stated above.

How and when we discard information about our users

The handling is done in accordance with current legislation and means that personal data are not retained for a longer period than necessary for the purpose of the handling. DigJourney will store your personal information as long as you are an active user. We will save your personal information for up to 36 months after your last activity on the service. Some information may be retained longer when required due to other legal requirements, such as the accounting law. However, all handling of personal data always ensures high security and confidentiality.

What rights and choices you have

You have rights regarding your personal information and you are able to influence your information and what is saved. The company will, on its own or the customer’s initiative, rectify data that is found to be incorrect. You can also at any time request that your data is deleted or that its use is limited by contacting us (for contact routes see the heading How to contact us). After this deletion your user data including personal information will be anonymized without the possibility of linking it to you as a person anymore. The information will only be used aggregated and anonymous for statistics and analysis. If you believe that your rights are not respected by us, please contact DigJourney or you can consult the The Swedish Data Protection Authority (datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se).

You may, at any time, refrain from receiving marketing communications from us by contacting our customer service.
